It is your heart to keep close,

To keep hidden,

To protect,

To destroy,

To give away,

To open up,

To release,

To fill,

To empty.

It is your heart alone that you are given power to set free of or

To keep within a cage,

To lend,

To hurt,

To heal,

To mend.

Your very heart to celebrate,

To punish,

To feed,

To starve.

It is only your own heart that you can decide to limit,

To set afire,

To give up on,

To hope forever for.

It is only your one heart that you can choose to make two,

In the hopes that two might once again become one.
