Day 256 "These Words, These Sounds"

I will not waste this gift of music.

I will play, I will sing, I will listen, and I will learn.

The language of sound is a complicated one, and for each of us, we understand it differently. For each of us, music is a solitary path that we desire to share with as many as we can.

For some of us a song can bring us to a place of pure happiness and freedom, while other songs can level us completely to the ground.

This beautiful art form that allows strangers to say what you cannot bring yourself to.

This amazingly beautiful art form that allows strangers to connect with us when we can't even connect with ourselves.

These words and these sounds are just one more reason to appreciate this life, one more great reason among so many other great reasons.

I will not waste this gift of music that desires to show me this gift of life.
